Students are not eligible to register for the Innate Explorations until 1 month after having registered for the Habitual Explorations.

The Habitual Explorations are all about gaining awareness of the neuro/muscular/skeletal activity that has been buried in our subconscious since we were four years old. It is impossible to learn to sit well without first accurately feeling what a lifetime of committing body weight backwards has done to our bodies. 

At the start, your habitual ways are, literally, all you know. You will need to keep chipping away at them. This requires patience and persistence. One month of explorating your habitual weight commitment tendencies is just the tip of the iceberg. We encourage you to spend as much time as you can on the Habitual Explorations before attempting to tackle the Innate Explorations. 

When you eventually jump into the Innate Explorations, you will need to return again and again to the Habitual Explorations. Innate Uprighting Restoration is truly a dual track process ... and will remain so for the rest of your life.
